Mr. Bélanger-Martin is a graduate of HEC Montreal in Management Sciences. His specialty affects both the strategy and the transformation of organizations. He has been teaching at HEC Montreal since 1993 in bachelor, certificates, MSc and MBA programs.

He was first a consultant in management and strategic planning with companies working mainly in information technology. He then managed several businesses in fields as varied as multimedia, advertising and insurance.

He is now devoted to teaching at HEC Montréal. He has also been the head of the Case Centre at HEC Montreal between 2017 and 2019 and, as so, delivered several workshops on active learning strategies in several context.

He also works with companies from different sectors: his interventions are on management, strategy and change, putting at the heart of reflection the organization’s performance improvement. The understanding of management responsibilities in change situations is the other dimension of its interventions. He has been with the Mouvement Desjardins since 2006 and has accompanied more than 200 branches in the change of culture the Movement faced. In addition, he has acted in the health sector by helping several CSSSs, within several CRDI-TED (intellectual disability), Youth Centre, in addition to university hospitals. This diversity of sectors proves that he has developed an intimate knowledge of health issues in Quebec.

Finally, he is engaged in several international programs in several countries such as Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Congo, Haiti, Norway and Vietnam.
