Graduated from the School of Industrial Relations at the University of Montréal, Mr. Hinse is also certified industrial relations counsellors. He is an experienced human resource executive with more than 40 years of professional experience in both private and public sectors, in several areas of economic activity, including gas energy. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the achievement of numerous organizational changes, all in line with strategic objectives sought by the organizations for which he has worked.
Mr. Hinse was also a member of the organizing committee of the Congress of the Order of Industrial Relations Consultants and a member of one of the working committees that led to the merger of the two professional human resources associations in Quebec.
Mr. Hinse is a recognized leader in human resources management, negotiation, and conflict management. He has been an active contributor to a positive transformation of the work environment, especially with the blue-collar employees and the firefighters of the City of Montréal.
Associated with HEC Montréal since 2003 where he acts as a lecturer, Mr. Hinse teaches students enrolled in the MBA, GDBA and BBA on negotiation, strategic human resource management, labour relations, and conflict management. Mr. Hinse also teaches for HEC Montréal’s International Programs in Algeria, Tunisia and Guinea.
