Mr. Bourdeau has more than 30 years of experience in the consulting sector and his areas of expertise are mainly strategic planning and strategic support in the context of major organizational transformation. As a lecturer at HEC Montréal, he has been teaching strategic management in the MBA program since 1999.

Before creating his own consulting firm in June 2013, Mr. Bourdeau was a partner in the Strategy and Performance Consulting Group of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in Montreal. He also worked for nearly fifteen years in the field of information technology, including more than ten years with the CGI Group as vice-president, consulting services. In this capacity, he had to manage several business sectors, lead numerous change and organizational transformation projects and carried out several strategic mandates mainly in the financial sector and within large Quebec and Canadian state-owned companies.

Its main clients include the Harnois Énergies Group, the Société l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), the Minister of Justice, the SSQ Financial Group, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, the Quebec Shared Services Center, Revenu Québec, the National Bank of Canada, Éco Entreprises Québec, the Régie des installations olympiques, the Société de transport de Montréal, the Desjardins Group, the Promutuel Group and the University of Montreal.
